We encourage our engineers to participate in our in-house professional development seminars and in industry associations that support the distribution of knowledge and provide a platform for the sharing of best practices. Our engineers collaborate with their supervisors to develop a plan for achieving professional growth.


In-House Seminars

Our In-House Seminar Series has proven to be an important component of our continuing education program. The ongoing series is a catalyst for stimulating conversation and has inspired discussions across the changing terrain of traditional building design to the innovations of virtual reality as a role within the industry environment.
