Staff Engineer-II | Dallas
The Staff Engineer – II position is an intermediate-level design position responsible for structural analysis and design, preparation of calculations and construction documents, and review of contractor submittals. SE-IIs collaborate with Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers on a range of project types across all of our market sectors. At this level, engineers begin taking on greater ownership of analysis tasks and drawing production, developing the technical depth and project experience that supports career advancement.
Qualifications
BS in Civil/Structural Engineering.
MS in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
EIT required, PE preferred.
Individuals should have a minimum of 3 years of increasing engineering experience in structural analysis and design, as well as experience in preparing plans and detail drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD and software such as MS Word & Excel, Enercalc, RAM, RISA, and ETABS or SAP.

Compensation
Salary range for this position is $85k-$105k. The pay rate is based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education and skills.
