This project consisted of four stories of wood framed construction containing 24 live/work loft units. The wood framed portion of the structure was supported on a two-way mild steel reinforced concrete podium slab. The framing system of the wood portion of the building included conventional wood studs, TJI joists, and plywood shear walls and diaphragms.
