PARADIGM teamed with Holder Construction on a highly sophisticated high-tech commercial office campus project in Cupertino, CA. With an incredibly complex structural design and an accelerated construction schedule, PARADIGM was contacted by Holder Construction to assist with the processing of construction related issues including assisting in presenting owner and contractor initiated changes and continuous construction support efforts. 

When these construction related issues arose, PARADIGM looked to develop and/or review possible solutions, or provide an engineering assessment to assist the engineer of record. 

As a part of this role, PARADIGM assisted with everything from support for non-structural elements to issues relating to the main lateral force resisting system of the building , concrete embeds for lateral transfer elements, and construction sequencing.
