The Jagalchi project was a building retrofit and conversion from a mall space to a new 75,000 sf Korean food complex within the Serramonte Mall in Daly City, CA. Jagalchi includes a Korean grocery store and restaurant with a Michelin star chef serving many traditional Korean dishes. PARADIGM retrofitted the existing building structure to support new mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment and also worked closely with the architect to design the structural supports for unique architectural features throughout the space.
