Alessio has always been fascinated with how the world works, and the idea of creating something more complex and beautiful from simple components. He is passionate about structural engineering because he likes having the ability to turn dreams into reality and positively benefiting the lives of those who interact with a structure. Allesio chose PARADIGM because he appreciated the down-to-earth and genuinely passionate nature of the team.

Outside of work, Alesio enjoys tennis, pickleball, reading, exploring the Chicago area, and being outdoors as much as possible. He also enjoys strength training, playing pool, and meeting new people. You can usually catch him at the park on a sunny day!
