AARON AT WORK
After working in the construction industry for over 20 years, Aaron found the aspects he enjoyed most were centered on structural design. He finds a deep fulfillment in solving the real world problems of construction and helping projects move from the abstract state of visions and requirements to tangible structures that will stand the test of time and nature.
As he completes his master’s program at San Francisco State University, he enjoys getting to learn the structural engineering profession from the experienced engineers at PARADIGM. The scale and variety of the projects worked on in the San Francisco office have provided a great entry point into the profession for him, and keeps him excited to learn more every day.

AARON AT PLAY
Aaron loves to travel with his family and generally spends his free time supporting his son’s soccer ambitions, or outdoors hiking, golfing, snowboarding or free diving. He is a diehard 49ers fan and follows all the Bay Area teams closely. He finds great satisfaction in cooking and enjoying food with his family and friends, often trying to eat as many different types of food as he can find and always looking for new flavors!
