PARADIGM partnered with Aria Group Architects and Arco/Murray to design and build five new Top Golf entertainment facilities across the country. The typical facilities were 65,000 SF, three-story indoor/outdoor venues that included 90+ driving range bays, bars, restaurants, meeting facilities, and seating for over 250 people. The “flow” of the facility was inspired by the TopGolf games to create a complete, vibrant and interactive entertainment experience while using their state-of-the-art microchip embedded technology in a regulation golf ball to create interactive games.

The facilities utilized structural steel gravity framing systems with a combination of structural steel moment frames, structural steel braced frames, and CMU shear walls for the lateral systems. The foundation systems for most sites utilized spread footings.
