MONTE AT WORK
Monte is passionate about engineering safe structures and enjoys being a part of PARADIGM’s excellent structural engineering practice. He enjoys the creative challenge of applying physical principles to structural design and communicating his work in clear, constructible drawings. His earliest influence in the construction industry was his grandfather, a Bay Area artist who sculpted large commercial pieces in steel and concrete.

Outside of work, Monte reads novels, spends quality time with his family, and practices and performs the saxophone. He also enjoys the thrill of zipping to and from the office on his electric scooter.
