Growing up, Lucas’ dad worked as a general contractor and would often have him tag-along on project visits, fostering Lucas’ interest in structural engineering from a young age. When the chance to work at PARADIGM came around, he knew the opportunity to work on a diverse array of technical and exciting projects was something he wanted to do.

Lucas enjoys all things outdoors, but his two main passions are snowboarding and mountain biking. He also loves to cook and is always trying to find new recipes to add to his rotation. On weekends, Lucas likes to find cheap concerts with friends and experience as much live music as possible.
