As someone who grew up working with her hands, Lani has always been fascinated by how ideas can transform into finished structures with a tangible impact on the world. At Princeton University, her favorite course was Origami Engineering, which sparked her passion for blending art with sustainability to create innovative and efficient building systems. Lani chose to join PARADIGM because of the firm’s collaborative approach to structural engineering, commitment to employee growth, and focus on meaningful community projects.

Outside of work, Lani can often be found at the gym, on the pickleball courts, or exploring new places and foods around San Francisco, where she now calls home after moving from Florida. She also loves a good board game night where she can unapologetically destroy her friends.
