Motivated by her passion for design, Jiayi was drawn to structural engineering for the opportunity to bring project concepts to life through built structures. She enjoys working on a diverse array of projects, particularly within the Mission Critical and Residential market sectors. Jiayi was drawn to PARADIGM for its collaborative culture and interactive, close-knit team environment.

Jiayi lives in San Francisco where she enjoys staying active through yoga and running. In 2025 she ran her first 5k, and recently completed the Berkeley half-marathon with some fellow PARADIGM team members!
