When visiting SF for the first time as a child, Emma was fascinated by the ingenuity of people to design buildings. She is passionate about the impact structural engineers have on designing safe spaces that touch many people's everyday lives. She joined PARADIGM because of the variety of projects the company takes on and warmness of the employees.
