Jialiang enjoys seeing his designs become a reality. He understands the important role of a structural engineer and how structural engineering designs and solutions save lives by designing buildings to withstand earthquakes, wind, and other load conditions. Jialiang specifically chose PARADIGM Structural Engineers, because the firm allows him to take on more responsibility and progress his career.  He also enjoys the opportunity to work on diverse projects!
