We offer competitive health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with matching contributions, access to a ski cabin, and—most importantly—a supportive, forward-thinking, and collaborative learning environment.
PARADIGM Structural Engineers is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are always looking for qualified, skilled, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team.
Professional Development
We encourage our engineers to participate in our in-house professional development seminars and in industry associations that support the distribution of knowledge and provide a platform for the sharing of best practices. Our engineers collaborate with their supervisors to develop a plan for achieving professional growth including a Professional Skills Development Plan that we have developed along with our formal Mentorship program where young engineers are matched with more senior engineers and meet quarterly to discuss professional goals, share feedback, and provide guidance.
In-House Seminars
Our In-House Seminar Series has proven to be an important component of our continuing education program. The ongoing series is a catalyst for stimulating conversation and has inspired discussions across the changing terrain of traditional building design to the innovations of virtual reality as a role within the industry environment.
Growth Opportunities
We prioritize promoting from within and invest in developing our team members at every career stage. All of our employees have direct access to company leaders for mentorship and guidance, ensuring you have the support needed to advance your skills and take on increasing responsibility throughout your career.
Project Diversity
Our employees have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects spanning the entire United States across all our major market sectors. This exposure includes diverse building materials, structural systems, and collaboration with different project managers, giving you broad experience that accelerates your professional development and keeps your work engaging.

We maintain an open-door policy with leadership accessible for questions, feedback, and knowledge sharing, creating an environment where learning from experienced colleagues is part of everyday work.
