Mit’s passion for the industry started at home. His father is a real estate developer, and his mother is an architect, so he grew up surrounded by conversations about design, construction, and development. From dinner table discussions to site visits with his father, he gained early exposure to the built environment and developed a deep appreciation for the impact this industry has on people’s lives.
With experience across a variety of sectors, including Life Sciences, Aviation, Commercial, and Residential, Mit is a valuable addition to the PARADIGM team. He views PARADIGM as a place where he can build a meaningful, long-term career while contributing his skills across various project types.

Outside of work, Mit enjoys traveling and exploring new places, which has made him a true globe-trotter. He also enjoys playing tennis, badminton, and pickleball. In addition, he is a professional dancer with experience in hip-hop, jazz, and ballroom.
