Having always known he wanted to be an engineer, Jacob discovered his passion for structures through various courses in college. He believes understanding how engineers design a safe built environment is a fulfilling challenge to make a career out of. Jacob joined PARADIGM because it was important to him to be immersed in a team that works as a unit to develop intelligent solutions to interesting problems. Just beginning his career, he found the culture at PARADIGM seemed like the perfect place for him to be surrounded by experienced problem solvers who wanted to help him grow.

In his free-time, Jacob likes to boulder with friends and read. During the school year he competes as part of UT Austin's club ultimate frisbee team where he plays against other college teams at a national level.
