Jagalchi Earns Double Gold at the 2026 Shop! Design Awards

PARADIGM is honored to share that Jagalchi, one of our recent retail renovation projects, received Gold Awards in both the Specialty Food & Consumables and Signage/Graphics categories at the 2026 Shop! Design Awards.

Located within Serramonte Center in Daly City, CA, this project involved retrofitting and converting existing mall space into a vibrant 75,000 sf Korean food complex featuring a grocery market, grab-and-go street food vendors, restaurant led by a Michelin-star chef, and vegan food hall. PARADIGM designed the structural supports for unique architectural features throughout the space and retrofitted the existing building structure to support new mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
