Our mixed-use projects incorporate residential space with retail, restaurant, and office space, often with the intent of rejuvinating or revitalizing a commercial area.

This project consisted of four stories of wood framed construction containing 24 live/work units. The wood framed portion of the structure was supported on a two-way mild steel reinforced concrete podium slab. Our design for the framing system for the wood portion of the building included conventional wood studs, TJI joists, and plywood shear walls and diaphragms.
