Established just over a year and half ago, our In-House Seminar Series has already proven to be an important component of our continuing education program. The ongoing series is a catalyst for stimulating conversation and collaboration within our office.
We encourage our engineers to attend technical seminars and participate in industry associations that support the distribution of knowledge and provide a platform for the sharing of best practices. Our engineers collaborate with their supervisors to develop a plan for achieving professional goals.
